Backyards,
remodeled as one
project.
Complete backyard remodels in Los Angeles, pool, patio, outdoor kitchen, fire feature, planting, and lighting designed together and built by one licensed contractor.

The backyards that work best were designed as one space, not accumulated one project at a time. A backyard remodel with us starts with how you actually want to live outside, dinner for eight, kids in the pool, quiet coffee at sunrise, and works backward to a master plan. Then our own crews build all of it: grading, hardscape, structures, planting, and lighting, sequenced correctly and finished as one coherent space.
Why remodel your backyard with us.
01Master plan first
Every element, pool, patio, kitchen, fire, planting, lighting, designed together on one scaled plan. Build it all at once or phase it over two years; the pieces always fit.
02One licensed contractor
CSLB Class A license covering pools, structures, grading, and hardscape. No coordinating four contractors who don’t talk to each other.
03Drainage & grading done right
The unglamorous work that makes everything else last. Positive drainage across the whole yard before a single finish goes down.
04Itemized, phased bids
You see the real cost of each element and can phase intelligently, infrastructure first, finishes later, without paying twice for mobilization.

Piecemeal backyards fail at the seams, the patio poured before the pool plumbing, the kitchen island blocking the view line, planting that hides the fire pit by year three. We design the whole yard first, phase it if budget requires, and self-perform the trades so grades, drainage, and finishes meet correctly at every transition.
How a backyard remodel gets done.
01Design & Master Plan
Site survey, wish list, and budget conversation become a scaled master plan covering hardscape, structures, pool, planting, drainage, and lighting, with an itemized cost per element.
02Permits & Demo
We pull all required permits, then demo and haul off existing concrete, failing structures, and lawn. Rough grading establishes drainage patterns.
03Build in Sequence
Pool shell and utilities first, then hardscape, structures, and kitchen, each trade finishing before the next needs its space. Our crews, our schedule.
04Planting, Lighting & Finish
Planting, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, and final detailing go in last, so nothing gets trampled by construction. Final walkthrough with a complete punch list.
One plan.
One contractor.
