Line of Art Construction was born from a single belief, that outdoor spaces deserve the same care, craft, and intention as the interiors they surround. We don’t sub everything out and disappear. We stay hands-on from the first stake in the ground to the final walk-through.


Every project starts with listening. We want to know how you live, how you entertain, what you’ve always wanted but never had room, or permission, to ask for. Then we design it, price it honestly, and build it to outlast the trends.

Consultation & Design

1–2 weeks
We walk the property with you, listen to how you want to use the space, and produce a concept that matches both your vision and your site’s real constraints.

Planning & Permits

2–4 weeks
We handle the drawings, HOA submissions, and permit applications. You shouldn’t have to chase city hall, that’s our job.
03

Construction

2–8 weeks
Groundwork, drainage, hardscape, build-outs, all done by our crew. Timelines communicated weekly. Site cleaned up every evening.

Walk-Through & Sign-Off

1 day
We walk every inch with you. Anything that doesn’t meet your expectations gets fixed before we consider it done.
