Artificial Turf,
built to look its
best year-round.
Drought-tolerant planting, artificial turf, irrigation systems, and grading, designed and installed as part of your complete outdoor build.

Where outdoor spaces become finished landscapes. Our landscape and turf installations treat the ground plane as seriously as any hardscape, proper grading, weed barrier, drainage, and irrigation before anything green goes in.
From a drought-tolerant front yard conversion to a full backyard with turf, planting, and drip irrigation, we install landscapes that look intentional, use water efficiently, and stay manageable without constant maintenance.
What sets our landscape work apart.
01
Drought-tolerant design
We spec plants and turf that thrive on California watering restrictions, reducing water bills without sacrificing a landscape that looks lush year-round.
02
Artificial turf done right
Proper excavation, crushed granite base, weed barrier, and infill selection, the groundwork that keeps turf flat, draining, and looking natural for 15+ years.
03
Integrated irrigation
Smart-controller drip and rotor systems designed zone by zone, each plant type on its own schedule, weather-adjusted, and accessible from your phone.
04
Clean edges & hardscape ties
Steel or concrete edging between turf and planting beds; clean transitions to paving, pool deck, and retaining walls, one install, consistent finish.

Every turf and landscape job starts with the grade. Before any plant goes in or a roll of turf is unrolled, we establish the finished elevation, set drainage to keep water moving away from structures, and compact the sub-base correctly.
Irrigation is designed before planting, drip lines, rotors, and smart controller zones, so every plant gets the water it needs and turf edges stay clean and defined from the start.
How a landscape job gets done.
01
Site Assessment & Grading
We survey existing grades, identify drainage problem areas, and establish finished elevations before any other work begins on site.
02
Sub-base & Irrigation Rough-in
Excavation to the correct depth for turf or planting; crushed granite base compacted and leveled; irrigation main line and zone valves rough-in before any surface material.
03
Turf & Planting Installation
Artificial turf is unrolled, cut, seamed, and nailed; infill compacted and brushed; plants are placed to the design layout and backfilled with amended soil.
04
Irrigation & Final Edging
Drip and rotor heads are installed and connected to zones; controller is programmed; steel edging is set and backfilled; turf seams and plant spacing are inspected and signed off.
Graded right. Built to stay green.

Materials & systems.
Artificial turf options
- Residential lawn turf, Natural-looking blades in a mix of colors and pile heights (30-40mm) for front and back lawns, pet runs, and play areas.
- Pet-friendly turf, Perforated backing with antimicrobial infill for pet areas, drains quickly, deodorizes, and looks clean between cleanings.
- Putting green turf, Low-pile, high-density grass with contoured sub-base for backyard putting greens and chipping areas.
- Rooftop & balcony turf, Lightweight backing and drainage layer for rooftop decks and balconies where drainage and weight are key constraints.
Planting & drought-tolerant design
- Mediterranean & California natives, Lavender, salvia, rosemary, agave, and ornamental grasses that thrive on minimal supplemental irrigation once established.
- Screening & privacy planting, Fast-growing hedges (Ficus nitida, Clusia, Italian cypress) for fences, wall tops, and property line screening.
- Ground covers, Low-growing, water-efficient ground covers (Dymondia, ice plant, elfin thyme) for slopes, borders, and spaces between pavers.
- Accent trees & palms, Specimen trees and palms positioned for shade, scale, and visual interest, planted to final size, not small.
Irrigation systems
- Drip irrigation, Low-volume emitters at each plant, water goes directly to the root zone, not onto paths or structures.
- Rotor heads, For turf areas and larger planted areas where uniform coverage across open ground is needed.
- Smart controllers, Weather-sensing smart controllers (Rachio, Hunter HCC) adjust run times based on rain and ET data, connected to your phone.
- Backflow prevention, Required by code for all irrigation connections to potable water supply; installed and tested on every job.
Green Grass,
all year long.
From a drought-tolerant front yard to a full backyard landscape with turf, planting, and irrigation, we install outdoor spaces that stay beautiful year-round.
